    According to Bloomberg, a bipartisan coalition supporting stablecoin legislation in the U.S. Senate has fractured due to a group of key Democratic senators threatening to use a filibuster unless the bill undergoes "numerous" amendments.     According to The Block, DeFi Dev Corp. (DFDV) announced that it has acquired a Solana validator business with a delegated staking scale of 500,000 SOL, valued at approximately $72.5 million. This acquisition will be completed through the issuance of $3 million in restricted stock and a cash payment of $500,000, totaling approximately $3.5 million. The company stated that this acquisition will help accelerate its financial strategy, expand SOL exposure, and strengthen Solana's decentralized infrastructure, with all staking rewards being directly credited to DFDV's revenue.
