Trump's son Eric Trump: If we don't adopt cryptocurrencies, banks may disappear in 10 years
On April 30th, according to Cointelegraph, Eric Trump, son of Donald Trump, stated in an interview with CNBC in Dubai that global banks must adopt cryptocurrency, otherwise they will disappear within 10 years. Eric Trump pointed out that the modern financial system has issues such as slow operation, high costs, and favoritism towards the super wealthy. He criticized the global cross-border payment network SWIFT system as a "complete disaster." He stated that users can now instantly transfer between wallets through decentralized finance (DeFi) applications or any cryptocurrency application without incurring additional fees and fluctuation risks.
